Visitor Rules

1. Admission Ticket Required: Every visitor, including children (regardless of age), must have a valid admission ticket to enter the arena, unless otherwise specified for a particular event.
2. Security Check: By entering the arena, you agree to security screening of your person and belongings. Your cooperation with our security staff helps ensure a smooth experience for everyone.
3. Leave Large Bags at Home: Oversized luggage (larger than 40 × 30 × 20 cm) is not permitted inside the arena. Please use our luggage storage facilities located outside the entrance.
4. T ARENA Is Cashless: For your convenience and faster service, the entire arena operates as a cashless venue. You can pay by card, mobile phone, or smartwatch.
5. Smoke-Free Environment: The entire indoor area of the arena is strictly non-smoking. This also applies to electronic cigarettes and heated tobacco devices. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas.
6. Be Respectful: Please treat other visitors with respect. Any form of abusive behaviour, aggression, or disruption of the event (e.g. throwing objects onto the arena floor) may result in immediate removal from the arena without a refund.
7. Recording and Photography: Professional audio and video recording is prohibited. Photography using mobile phones is permitted at most events, unless the performer explicitly requests otherwise.
